A small group of friends and I were thrilled to announce a Go Fund Me Campaign in June, specifically designed to re-roof / rehab my barn -- HUGE thank yous to everyone who has thus far contributed in any and every way, please do stay connected with the campaign and help us spread the word !!

As of mid-October, we are oh-so-close to nearly having sufficient funds to allow Phase 1 of the Rehab to actually get started THIS FALL -- for starters, that would mean a new roof, gutters, insulation, as well as a new interior ceiling in the Great Room !!

The potential damage Florence might have inflicted was a real wake-up call this past month -- we tubbed, tabled and tarped my entire inventory, fearful of both leaking and flooding thru the barn. Thankfully, the winds and rains were minimal by the time they reached the farm here at the foot of the Pisgahs........

I both live and work in my beloved historic 100+ year old barn and it's increasingly showing its age.  It's in need of extensive repairs and renovation in order for me to continue to open to my farm to our local community of fiber artists & their animals.

We Kicked-Off the GFM Campaign in conjunction with Knitty Gritty Day in this past June and it has meant the world to me to watch your gifts steadily accumulate, thank you from my heart of hearts !

We are grateful for donations of any amount -- each donor will receive a heartfelt thank you note along with a blank Good Fibrations photo card for your own use.  Community artists have donated thank you gifts @ the following donation levels:
