The sky is the limit for uses of this unique yarn ! With each ply being a different blend of colored fiber, they each absorb the dye in a unique way, giving a textured tweed look as they are knitted up. Lime tweed is an excellent stand-alone yarn…also with other yards in the Good Fibrations’ "Tweed Family" and Good Fibrations’ solid colors. Its uses are many: hats, scarves, cowls, shawls… Have fun !
Since this yarn was kettle-dyed in small batches, there may be variations between skeins. These variations are part of the joy of working with kettle-dyed yarns. Please note that monitors also create a variance in colors. My yarns are dyed by hand in my smoke-free home studio.
Hand wash gently in cold water. Dry flat.
